You may have rights under applicable state privacy laws. However, Gamma Force not currently meet the regulatory thresholds of a “business” or “controller” as defined under U.S. State Privacy Laws. Regardless, all personal information will be processed in accordance with this Policy and applicable laws. 

Pursuant to California Civil Code Section 1798.83, we will not disclose or share your personal information with third parties for the purposes of third-party marketing to you without your prior consent.  

Our website does not respond to Do Not Track signals. You may visit the Future of Privacy Forum’s website for additional information about Do Not Track signals. 

8.We may retain your information for our business purposes. 

We may retain and use your information in accordance with our records retention schedule, as required or permitted by law, to comply with our legal obligations, to resolve disputes, to enforce our agreements, and as needed to provide Services to you.
