Based in Columbus, Ohio (Eastern time zone), we work with folks all over the world. We’re 100% remote and while we might travel occasionally, we don’t require it.

To ensure we still have time together to get to know each other, we often host in person team lunches, happy hours, and social events with our clients. This is about getting to know each other as people and not about taking personal time to get more business done.

We have a lot going on in the company and in our personal lives. We realize individual demands are varied and sometimes unpredictable. If you need the time, we want you to take it. Our time off is untracked and we encourage flexibility in our work lives. The key is open communication and planning – we’ll support you.

We’re also closed for most major holidays.

The modern internet was built with Free and Open Source (FOSS) technologies, and we got to where we are through our incredible professional communities. As part of that, we believe in giving back. This includes:

Attending, speaking, and organizing community events and conferences
Contributing code back for the FOSS tools we use and publishing new projects for software we built that isn’t part of our business

Open Positions

While we don’t officially have any open positions, we’re always open to a conversation. We hire most in the areas of Security Engineering, Cloud Engineering, Site Reliability Engineering, and Cybersecurity Advisors. As we grow, we’ll have opportunities across the company including Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Finance. We embrace DevOps and people-centric culture and practices.
