How You’ll Have an Impact

You’ll be a senior leader in Gamma Force serving as a leader both internally and externally helping with cybersecurity strategy and building security programs to help our clients manage risk.

What you’ll Be Doing

Build security programs in a Governance, Risk, Compliance tool ensuring that controls are in place and operating effectively.
Take lead on the facilitation and execution of an audit or assessment working with client personnel, control owners, and external auditors.
Manage and lead internal processes such as GRC Operations and Third Party Vendor Risk Management.
Write a new procedure, update an existing process, or create other technical documentation.
Execute a formal risk assessment and prepare the report.
Facilitate a tabletop exercise for Incident Response or Disaster Recovery.
Represent client security programs to third parties assisting with questionnaires and contract reviews as requested.

Qualifications

7+ years experience with cybersecurity in both individual contributor and leadership roles.
Experience working in modern tech organizations that are cloud native.
Using modern tools and techniques.
An understanding of risk management.
Able to align to thinking of security strategically as opposed to a box checking exercise.

All team members participate in cross-functional teams who embrace DevOps culture and practices.

We’ll consider non-traditional work arrangements in our fully remote team including part time, full time, and contract.
